Mismatch Chic!

While watching Fashion Police one evening last week it was love at first glance when I saw Kelly Osbourne's outfit. I'm a sucker for bold & loud prints mismatched together...that is when it's done correctly. While Kelly's prints are totally opposite, they still compliment each other with the use of black line detailing. And to top it all off she threw on a pair of red Chanel dangling earrings...dope! I'm like seriously OBSESSED with this outfit, and cannot wait to make my own replica of it. I literally jumped out of bed and took pictures with my phone of my TV screen LOL...yea I'm kind of a loser! ; )

FashionAly Fangirling: Quinta Brunson

Hey peeps! How's it goin in your world? The first time I saw Quinta Brunson was while watching "A Black Lady Sketch Show" on HBO when it premiered season one. Shortly after I saw Quinta on her hit ABC series "Abbott Elementary". Both shows are delightful, and if you haven't heard of either you must be living under a rock! Just sayin. Seriously though, Abbott Elementary is one of my favorite shows these days. Like everyone else in the world I am anxiously awaiting season two. I get that classic feel-good vibe while watching. The same vibe I used to get while watching T.G.I.F shows back in the day. If you don't know, T.G.I.F - 'Thank God it's Friday' premiered back in the 90's on ABC. My Best Friend's Closet

Hey there friends! Been a lil' minute. Hope you've all been in high spirits.   Well, let me begin by saying Happy November! I know I sound like a broken record, but honestly, how is it MID-NOVEMBER?! Wasn't it just Summertime? Even though I'm already missing the warmer temps, I gotta admit November always reminds me to slow down and be thankful. Gratitude and Positive Thinking are key elements. I may not have everything I want, but I have everything I need, and for that I give all thanks to God.  I am a very blessed woman. I consider my lifelong friendships to be one of my life's biggest blessings. I suppose it's more like Sisterhood at this point in life💗.
