FashionAly Fangirling: Quinta Brunson

Hey peeps! How's it goin in your world? The first time I saw Quinta Brunson was while watching "A Black Lady Sketch Show" on HBO when it premiered season one. Shortly after I saw Quinta on her hit ABC series "Abbott Elementary". Both shows are delightful, and if you haven't heard of either you must be living under a rock! Just sayin. Seriously though, Abbott Elementary is one of my favorite shows these days. Like everyone else in the world I am anxiously awaiting season two. I get that classic feel-good vibe while watching. The same vibe I used to get while watching T.G.I.F shows back in the day. If you don't know, T.G.I.F - 'Thank God it's Friday' premiered back in the 90's on ABC. It was a weekly Friday night lineup of about 4 feel-good tv shows. *Trying hard not to age myself* I must humbly say, they just don't make 'em like that anymore. Happy Tuesday folks! Hope all is well.  As another NYFW comes to a close, I want to take a moment and shout-out wardrobe stylist Wouri Vice. Overcome with anticipation to assist an actual celebrity stylist, I arrived on set only to realize I had no idea what Wouri looked like lol. I recall seeing this bubbly black guy bouncing through the door with this presence about him that demanded attention. He introduced himself as Wouri, the stylist, and to say I was shocked was an understatement. I honestly never expected him to be black for starters! An

Hi Friends! Hope you are thriving!   I am literally sitting here wishing time would slow down...I mean it's practically mid-September...how did this happen? It's definitely a reminder that time is precious, and we have to make the most out of this life. I can sometimes find it challenging to remain present in each season. Take Summer for instance - it's one of my favorite times of year, but towards the end I find myself trying to refrain from going full pumpkin spice everything LOL! Once August comes to an end I'm mentally on to the next...Fall! Which also happens to be one of my favorite times of year, but for different reasons. For me Fall represents change. reflection. newness. love & warmth. crisp air & cozy nights. new books & self-discovery. So many feels. As the seasons currently transition I find myself in the same rotation. I am ever-changing (which is okay!). I don't have all the answers to my future figured out just yet. But I do know one thin
