Style Savior: Solange Knowles!

As you guys clearly know by now, Solange Knowles is one of my celebrity style icons! I love her bravery, and the way she always pushes the envelope when it comes to her courageous and bold outfit choices. Needless to say Ms. Knowles showed up at the premiere of HBO's "The Girls" wearing this AMAZING Cavalli printed suit. The colors and prints are so vibrant and refreshing, and even though her sandals are a bit busy the look still works! A+ Solange, as always! : )

FashionAly Fangirling: Quinta Brunson

Hey peeps! How's it goin in your world? The first time I saw Quinta Brunson was while watching "A Black Lady Sketch Show" on HBO when it premiered season one. Shortly after I saw Quinta on her hit ABC series "Abbott Elementary". Both shows are delightful, and if you haven't heard of either you must be living under a rock! Just sayin. Seriously though, Abbott Elementary is one of my favorite shows these days. Like everyone else in the world I am anxiously awaiting season two. I get that classic feel-good vibe while watching. The same vibe I used to get while watching T.G.I.F shows back in the day. If you don't know, T.G.I.F - 'Thank God it's Friday' premiered back in the 90's on ABC. My Best Friend's Closet

Hey there friends! Been a lil' minute. Hope you've all been in high spirits.   Well, let me begin by saying Happy November! I know I sound like a broken record, but honestly, how is it MID-NOVEMBER?! Wasn't it just Summertime? Even though I'm already missing the warmer temps, I gotta admit November always reminds me to slow down and be thankful. Gratitude and Positive Thinking are key elements. I may not have everything I want, but I have everything I need, and for that I give all thanks to God.  I am a very blessed woman.
