Where Music & Fashion Collide!

The Grammy's is considered fashion's...oops I mean music's biggest night! It's such a win/win awards show because I have such a strong love for music & fashion. This year's Grammy's was extra special for me because I had the privilege of assisting legendary wardrobe stylist, Wouri Vice with dressing Grammy Nominee Elle Varner. So many stars were shining brightly on the carpet, but obviously I'm biased and feel Elle was the belle of the ball! Elle wore the red dress dress to Clive Davis' Pre-Grammy's party, and the black & white number to the Grammy's. The red carpet was filled with an array of variety! There were wild prints, fabrics (loving John Meyer in vibrant blue velvet), and of course nearly there dresses...which hit close to home with the new dress code! Can't say I blame them though LOL! FashionAly Fangirling: Quinta Brunson

Hey peeps! How's it goin in your world? The first time I saw Quinta Brunson was while watching "A Black Lady Sketch Show" on HBO when it premiered season one. Shortly after I saw Quinta on her hit ABC series "Abbott Elementary". Both shows are delightful, and if you haven't heard of either you must be living under a rock! Just sayin. Seriously though, Abbott Elementary is one of my favorite shows these days. Like everyone else in the world I am anxiously awaiting season two. I get that classic feel-good vibe while watching. The same vibe I used to get while watching T.G.I.F shows back in the day. If you don't know, T.G.I.F - 'Thank God it's Friday' premiered back in the 90's on ABC. My Best Friend's Closet

Hey there friends! Been a lil' minute. Hope you've all been in high spirits.   Well, let me begin by saying Happy November! I know I sound like a broken record, but honestly, how is it MID-NOVEMBER?! Wasn't it just Summertime? Even though I'm already missing the warmer temps, I gotta admit November always reminds me to slow down and be thankful. Gratitude and Positive Thinking are key elements. I may not have everything I want, but I have everything I need, and for that I give all thanks to God.  I am a very blessed woman. I consider my lifelong friendships to be one of my life's biggest blessings. I suppose it's more like Sisterhood at this point in life💗.
