Hey peeps! How's it goin in your world? The first time I saw Quinta Brunson was while watching "A Black Lady Sketch Show" on HBO when it premiered season one. Shortly after I saw Quinta on her hit ABC series "Abbott Elementary". Both shows are delightful, and if you haven't heard of either you must be living under a rock! Just sayin. Seriously though, Abbott Elementary is one of my favorite shows these days. Like everyone else in the world I am anxiously awaiting season two. I get that classic feel-good vibe while watching. The same vibe I used to get while watching T.G.I.F shows back in the day. If you don't know, T.G.I.F - 'Thank God it's Friday' premiered back in the 90's on ABC. Hello beautiful people! Happy Holidays! oh, December. such a special month. symbolizing the end of another year. If you're reading this, you've withstood everything that was designed to defeat you this year! Go, You! 🎆 2022 started off pretty rough for me but smoothed out as the year went on. I was blessed with opportunities to connect with old friends, change my scenery, make new friends, create and have Time to truly sit & think (that last one is good/bad LOL! #overthinker) While thinking/reflecting I realized this was a very transformative year for me. It seemed at every turn I learned more and more about myself & my relationships. Hi my Friends! How are you? And Just Like That (p.s. did you hear the 2nd season has started filming?! *SCREAM*)...it's October! The leaves are changing, the air is crisp, ghouls and goblins are hangin' on front lawns, and pumpkin spice is pretty much everywhere. Soon (but not TOO soon) we'll be pulling out Winter attire! That is seriously a crazy thought...anyway though...staying in the current season - I feel like Fall is the time to unwind and reset. I mean...I'm still coming down from Summer LOL! The vibe for Fall is definitely chillmode. I'm not saying I never wanna turn up in Fall, I just sometimes enjoy a cozy night in. you know - ordering take-out, spiked warm drinks, cozying up to the fire, watching movies.
